All services are provided on a project-by-project basis, subject to a signed agreement or confirmation via email.<\/p>

Hosting services are subject to additional terms specified in the hosting agreement.<\/p>

Payments & Refunds<\/h4>

Payment terms, including deposit and final payments, will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices.<\/p>

Refunds are not provided for completed services. If a project is terminated before completion, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>

Late payments may be subject to penalties or service suspension.<\/p>

Client Responsibilities<\/h4>

Clients must provide all necessary materials, including content, branding assets, and technical details, for the timely completion of the project.<\/p>

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work before final delivery.<\/p>

Any delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.<\/p>

Termination<\/h4>

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.<\/p>

Limitation of Liability<\/h4>

We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.<\/p>

Hosting and third-party integrations are subject to external provider policies, and we are not responsible for their uptime or performance.<\/p>

Governing Law<\/h4>

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved in Greek courts.<\/p>
