Overview
Three days, one digital identity.
Urban Flow is a three-day dance convention bringing together international artists, workshops, performances and multiple urban dance styles in Athens.
Nanobyte designed and developed the complete event website, creating a digital identity that reflects the movement and energy of the convention while giving participants a clear way to discover the experience, explore instructors and schedules, and access event information.
Behind the public experience, EventOS supports the organiser with the operational structure required to manage the event.
The challenge
A lot of information, without feeling like a timetable.
An event such as Urban Flow contains a large amount of information — artists, dance styles, schedules, passes, locations and event updates.
The challenge was to avoid creating a conventional information-heavy event website and instead make the experience itself feel alive, while keeping everything simple to navigate.
At the same time, the organiser needed a reusable operational foundation that could support more than a single event.
